Foosh does not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users. By agreeing before registration or login, you accept these Terms of Use and community rules.
Using Foosh
Foosh is a community food-sharing platform. You may use the app for your personal, lawful participation in food sharing. Keep your account secure and provide accurate listing information.
Community rules
Do not post or send hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, violent, threatening, illegal, fraudulent or otherwise objectionable content. Harassment, bullying, impersonation, spam and abusive behaviour are prohibited. These rules apply to listings, photos, profiles, messages and all other user content.
Reporting and blocking
Use the in-app reporting controls to flag objectionable content or abusive behaviour. Use the block control to block abusive users. For assistance, contact Foosh through Settings → Help & Support.
Moderation
Foosh may review reports, remove objectionable content, restrict features and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Severe or repeated abuse can result in removal from the service.
Food safety
Only share food that is yours to share. Provide accurate availability, storage and allergen information. Do not share unsafe, spoiled or prohibited items. Recipients should check the food and ask about allergens before consuming it.
Your content
You retain ownership of your content. By sharing it on Foosh, you allow Foosh to store, display and process it to operate and moderate the service. Do not upload content that infringes another person's rights or discloses their private information without permission.
Account and terms changes
You can request account deletion in the app. Updated terms will identify a new version, and you will be asked to agree to the current version when registering or logging in. If you do not agree, do not register or log in.
