When you join the waitlist, we store your email address. When you donate, Stripe processes your payment and transaction details. Our hosting and security services may process technical data such as your IP address, browser, and visit time.
Why we use data
We use your email to tell you when Foosh launches, donation data to process payments, and technical data to keep the website secure and reliable. We do not sell your personal data.
Sharing and retention
Stripe processes donations, and Cloudflare helps keep the website secure and available. We retain data only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law. Waitlist data is kept until Foosh launches or you ask us to delete it.
Cookies
Foosh does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. Stripe may use its own cookies during checkout for payments, fraud prevention, and security.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data. You may also object to processing or withdraw consent. You have the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
